About Legal Lists
Legal Lists ranks personal injury law firms using data extracted from real Google reviews.
How It Works
We collect publicly available Google reviews for law firms and run them through a multi-step AI analysis pipeline:
- Sentence splitting — Each review is broken into individual sentences for granular analysis.
- Attribute tagging — An AI model tags each sentence with the dimension it relates to (communication, outcomes, attorney quality, etc.) and whether the sentiment is positive, negative, or neutral.
- Score aggregation — Each dimension gets a score from 0–10 based on the ratio of positive to negative mentions. A minimum of 2 mentions is required to show a score.
- Summary generation — A second AI model synthesizes the evidence into a structured verdict: strengths, weaknesses, FAQs, and persona cards.
What We Score
| Dimension | What It Measures |
|---|---|
| Communication | Response time, proactive updates, clear explanations |
| Case Management | Follow-through, meeting deadlines, process management |
| Attorney & Staff Quality | Legal expertise, advocacy, staff professionalism |
| Outcomes & Results | Settlements, case wins, meeting expectations |
| Trust & Character | Honesty, empathy, ethical behavior |
| Medical Support | Help with treatment referrals, medical coordination |
Limitations
Rankings reflect what clients write about in Google reviews — not objective legal outcomes. Firms with fewer reviews have less reliable scores. This directory does not constitute legal advice.
